FIHP Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of opened or used vaping products.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If your return is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund processing usually takes 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they are faulty, defective, or damaged upon delivery.
If you would like to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Products

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
